IF YOU ARE IN 8.1.6 AND ABOVE YOU CAN ACTUALLY MOVE THE TABLE TO ANOTHER TABLESPACE JUST BY GIVING THE COMMAND ALTER TABLE MOVE TABLESPACE. this might even work for 8.1.5 i dont know i havent tried Well i have done this for a small table i dont know about large tables if you do this u do not have to change anything on the dictionary side i mean about the user u are talking about.
