Your information is accurate. I must have applied the latest version available at that time, which was a higher (more recent) version than = that

We have patch 106980-7=20

According to the 8.1.7 doc, Oracle needs patch 106980-10 libthread patch when using JDK 1.2.2.0005 .

We're on 8.1.6.0.0 (64 bits)/Solaris 2.7, the doc says patch 106980-05 is recommended.=20

I've check on metalink and found nothing patch=20 106980-11 .

Is this required for Oracle 8.1.6 (64bits) ?
