Hi Suzy,
With statspack, you must put your Filename on both (down) ...
For example
Local Filename C:\report.txt
Compare With C:\report.txt
And then click on Upload File(s)!

Anyone successfully uploaded a statspack report to http://www.oraperf.com? The error says SQL*Plus settings should be linesize=132 pagesize=999, which I've done in spreport.sql.
No problems with utlestat/bstat reports, just statspack.
