Hi
First check your remote_login_passwordfile = shared is
set in INIT.ORA
Then you can create a password file for SYSDBA users
by using orapwd utility. Just type orapwd help=yes in
command line to see the usage. you can add dba users
who you want to have the SYSDBA previlage.
