Do your math again!
2,147,483,645 times 8,096 = 17,386,027,589,920 or if you prefer: (2 x 10^9 ) * ( 8 x 10 ^3 ) = 16 * 10^12 That is 16 terabytes. So now you know what a terabyte is.
