URGENT: TX locks

Hello List

I have several TX locks. They point to the same rollback segment (field ID1) and field ID2 is the same value for all of them. What does the ID2 mean ? Does it point to transaction table entry ? I've checked what affected users do. They are all deleting from a single table. Some time before I got the same situation with another table. I mean that it is not 'constant' table. Strange situation... We have the second schema on this developer server (full copy of the first schema) and the same pl/sql logic doesn't lock anything.
What I'm missing?
Any idea ?
