have you tried to delete the old pwdfile (remember that you have to set =
up
the parameter REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE to NONE and then, start the
database again (then delete it) and make it from the start??

As a metter of fact ALTER USER is not working, as I tried it earlier =
(one of
the first things)!=20
It replies with error:
ORA-01918 user 'INTERNAL' does not exist.

access to Oracle user...) but if you can't, you would probably will =
