You don't need to clean it up. If the tablespace is defined as = temporary,
temp segments are not deallocated after use. This saves time when the = next
process needs to use temp space, as the extents are already allocated.=20

Do not worry about this "problem". This is working as intended.

If you don't like to see this, change your temporary tablespace to be permanent. =20

in some cases u need to force smon to do the cleanup. this can be done = aby
altering one of the temp tablespace parameters. actually the value of = the
parameters do not matter. so u can issue command with the new parameter same as the existing one...
