Hi All,
Simple question (I think)
I'm not a PL/SQL expert and am trying to write a little PL/SQL that reads
from user tables and creates public synonyms for whatever it finds.
I keep hitting the insufficient privilege error even though I granted
create synonym privilege directly.
What other privilege do I need to grant directly?
