Hi

Yes, you are right. I believe the source isn't legal. The main problem is that the most of the russian programmers, dbas, etc can't afford to buy legal computer books with price about $50. The salary isn't comparable with other world.

BTW the same reason is why it is profitable now to create computer companies in the countries like Russia and India
