If this is a restore, it looks like either the files are not a consistent to
the same point in time, or perhaps they were taken without putting them into
hot backup mode.
Check your alert log for any errors referencing fuzzy data files headers.

is any body have any idea about this error message after ALTER DATABASE OPEN
RESETLOGS;
error at line 1:
ORA-01194 file 1 needs more recovery to be consistent
ORA-01110 data file 1: 'c:\oracle\oradata\aimd\system01.dbf'
This is quite urgent any help appreciate. thanks in advance
