Re: Too many archive log

Winnie,

just curious, but what are the recovery issues if you are only switching every 1/2 hour?...I understand the cost of generating archive logs at 4 a minute but if it's 1 every 30 minutes don't you run the risk of loosing 30MG of data if a crash were to happen?
