Nope.
The database would not crash if you loose 1 multiplexed redo log. At that point in time, the database would just stop copying to that log. You need to keep checking your alert log, so you will know when this happens - the alert log is updated when a log goes down.

The same process happens whether or not you are in noarchivelog mode.
