creating database through svrmgr30 char mode... registry issue on

Hi,
I created a database through svrmgr30 character mode. Everything went fine. The issue is how do I create the required entries in the Registry? I don't see any related services either?

Is there a tool provided by oracle to assist such database creation, or one has to use GUI mode to always create database on NT.
