Hello all,

Need some advice. Moving a database from 7.3.4 to 8.1.6 This database really needs to be cleaned up. What is the best way to do this?
Want to move objects to a differently named tablespace, reclaim lost space, etc.

This is what is planned-
users in new database with default tablespaces assigned.

1. Export without data by schema - expschema.dmp
2. Import expschema.dmp which will put the objects in the correct tablespace.
3. Export again by schema with data - expschema_data.dmp
4. Import expschema_data.dmp

Will this do what I want?

Thanks for any advice.
