Calling Oracle is useless. I have had a TAR open
since 5/11 on Mviews. Send me the error and I might
have seen it. I have been struggling with MViews for
almost a year.
Here are some hints:
1) Does the user have create materialized view, alter
materialized view, query rewrite granted to it?
2) Is the query_rewrite_integrity set in your
init.ora?
3) What is your job_queue_processes set to in your
init.ora?
