As for 8.1.6 and SP6 I had a great problem that buzzed me for more than 2 months. I suggest you do not try it and just use SP5. As for uninstall you use Oracle Installer as much as you so that everything is unregistered well. Finally you should delete Oracle directory and registry entries.
