Easiest solution is export table and then import it again.

Hello,

i'm getting very poor performance which i suspect is due to a high number of chained rows appearing after trying to insert data into a large number of columns of an existing table while using a cursor loop.

can anyone help me?

Thanks,

Regards,

Nick
