Does not the owner of the table have to grant select on their tables to =
other users before they are able to see them?

Hi all,
We are having strange problem. I have granted a user
select any table role in webdb. However when that
user goes to build component he can not other users
tables but he can see tables from system, sys ...
Is there a bug in webdb ???
