Changing the osdba group

Hi all

A consultant from Oracle France installed Oracle the week before I started at this client. Oracle 816 was installed with oinstall as the osdba group. The OS is Solaris 7.
Can I changed the osdba group from oinstall to dba without reinstalling ?
I've read somewhere that I can modify the $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib/config.s file and relink, is it true ? What are the steps ?
