Sanjeev, OPS is an option and there is a fee for using that option. However the OPS option is part the Enterprise Edition. So if you have downloaded the EE edition of Solaris or NT you already have the OPS option. The problem you are going to have is that you need a cluster manager installed and running. If Oracle does not detect a cluster manager then it hides the OPS option. The cluster manager is supplied by hardware vendor.
