Deny SQL*PLUS but allow FORMS45 !

i want to implement a security policy in which only some of the
clients are allowed to use sql*plus, other can ONLY connect using
FORMS45 etc.. all the users will connect to the SAME schema..
i'm on 815 and trying to use AFTER LOGON triggers...
the problem is....i cannot get the AUDSID or SESSIONID in the
trigger, somehow it always returns SYSTEMS's sessionid in my AFTER LOGON
trigger !!



is ther any other way to implement this.. ?
