You can use power designer and do reverse engineering, the best and easiest way to create a script from a database.

Orasnap is great! I have been using this for DBA tasks. However, it does not list schema (tables, columns, constraints, indexes...). I need something the programmers can look at and see more info about a table than the describe command gives... We have Toad in 30 eval, but man is it expensive to buy!
