Actually he did. Well he didn't use the word 'invent', but he certainly claimed responsibility for it's existance(sp?). His involvement in truth was in co sponsoring some bills that shored up and expanded the internet's infrastructure and backbone. So while he certainly claimed more responsibility than he should have, he is certainly more responsible for it than most folks.
