ORA-20000: interMedia Text error, please help

We are getting following error while connecting to Intermedia.
Is there any way to tell what this error in Intermedia is? 



com.requisite.bugsi.engine.TextSearchException: ORA-20000: interMedia Text
error:


DRG-10599: column is not indexed
