did increase the shared_pool_size by 10 MB when setting the parameter CURSOR_SPACE_FOR_TIME=TRUE have pinned ALL the PACKAGES (SYS as well as Application's Oracle user Packages) into the shared_pool
still need to check for the Effect ot it though yet

Also a suggestion has been made to ONLY define processes = 3200 in init.ora & leave the
parameters sessions & enqueue_resources UNDEFINED allowing Oracle to deduce them
Any Comments on it ?
