RMAN: Error 600 [6310] Help required.......

Dear All,

While connecting to Recovery catalog database by giving the command ( Win NT)

c:\.> rman80 rcvcat rman/rman_at_rcat

I received this ...

Recovery Manager: Release 8.0.5.0.0 - Production

  RMAN-06008: connected to recovery catalog database
  RMAN-00569: ==========rror message stack follows================
  RMAN-00554: initialization of internal recovery manager package failed
  RMAN-00600: internal error, arguments [6310] [] [] [] []

Can anybody help ???
