While running Import, OS is not an issue at all. Only issue is version. You can do that, provided you run the Export using exp73.exe (present in $ORACLE_HOME/bin). Also you have to run catexp7.sql as sys/internal before running exp73.

Hi

I've an export taken from Oracle 8 database running on WindowsNT. I want to import that into Oracle 7.3.3 running on Unix... Can I do it.. If so what are all the changes I've to make..

Thanks in advance...
