By using unix command top, there's a column showing the memory usage of = each process.

I think the PGA has a lot to do with single user memory consumption. I=20 don't remember what it stands for off the top of my head. But, I'm prett= y=20
sure sort_area_size in the init.ora file has a lot to do with it. I'm al= so=20
sure there are others, but sort_area_size is a major contributor. HTH
