Friends,



I need inputs from all of you.



We are going in new support business and Management has asked me to give
resource requirement for setting up small support department on Oracle side.



I have asked for following things.



    
  
  1.  	WindowsNT Server
  
  2.  	Unix Server
  
  3.  	2 Clients which will be having D2K, Des2K and Disc2K.






Am I missing anything?
