Abdul,

You may find this site useful:

   http://www.odtug.com

They have email discussion lists that are open to non-members. You can sign up on lists that specialize in either "traditional" client/server, and/or java-web Oracle development topics:

   http://www.odtug.com/subscrib.htm

There are product managers from Oracle.UK on these lists, and I'm sure they would be able to help you with any questions about the best training locations.

There might be better sites, but also try these:

   http://www.eoug.com/
-

   http://www.oracle.com/oramag/misc/users.html -

   http://www.ioug.org/public/alliance/index.cfm -

also, misc. training info: http://www.dbdomain.com/

best wishes,
ep
