Thanks for your reply, now we are trying, using emulation software which supports Arabic (Jesser). We tried we typed all the Arabic messages in vi editor and try to load that file into the database, but after loading into the table, its all garbage, I don't what to do now, you have any idea regarding this.

Actually this Jesser emulation software supports XBASIC code page, according my understanding oracle supports ASMO-440 code page, is it correct. Our Xerox printer also supports XBASIC format.
