there is a init.ora param that caches seq #'s. turn it off.

Dear List,  

we have 15 sites using the same :

- Oracle version 7.3.4
- Digital Unix 4.0d
- Pro*c program
- init.ora configuration parameters

But there is 1 site giving ORA-01002 fetch out of sequence when executing the Pro*c program. Can anyone give me a suggestion what to check for this 1 peculiar site. Please help. TIA
