ora 600 [17182]

We are getting this error - ora 600 [17182] duing a particular forms operation at one of our clients site. The server is on Win NT - Terminal Server edition and Oracle is 815. I know this error is due to heap corruption in memory. I searched metalink with not much help. the suggestions it gave to upgrade to 8151 and to set timed_Statistics to false did not work...

Have any of you encountered this error before and what did you do to solve it...
