When I called them on Wed., I was put through about a 2-minute questionnaire by the person who answered the phone. Did you know you can log tars via Metalink? Do you have a metalink account? Do you use it? I want to take this time to tell you that Oracle is moving towards ecommerce, etc... Is there any reason why you called instead of using metalink?

YES because my BUGGY 8.1.5 PRODUCTION SYSTEM IS HAVING PROBLEMS, I have people breathing down my neck and I don't have time for your website crashing on me.

Yes, very annoying. However after the tar was logged I have received quick responses over metalink, that is when the site doesn't crash.

I guess they are now using psychological terrorism methods to discourage phone initiation of TARs. Yesterday when I called (to clarify a new CSI, so I guess I couldn't have logged an iTAR even if I wanted to), they had the *MOST* incredibly irritating and annoying and shrill and obnoxious flute music I have *EVER* heard while on hold *ANYWHERE*.
