I really wonder, if there is an archive maintained for the Important issues discussed ???

If yes then how to access that ??

I know some of the Unix Sites maintaining this kind of archive, and believe me those are very-very helpful......

This list is hosted free on someone's (small?) business server. My guess is that it is underpowered, and that when traffic on that server is high, things get slow, and weird (replies show up before the original post, etc.)
