Hi,
One of my friend wants to port data from decrdb ( database on DEC machines) to Oracle.
The date format on that database also stores milliseconds.

Whereas to my knowledge Oracle does not store milliseconds in its date format .

  1. Is there a way to port the dates into Oracle.
  2. The dates cannot be discarded or converted to non-date format because a lot of reports are based on the dates and the milliseconds factor.
               Thanks
                              shreepad
