There are a number of documents there that deal with setting up OAS and Forms. You need to determine if you want to serve them up as static or dynamic pages. I would go with static first: it's easier. There are several versions of jiniator available at technet.oracle.com. I believe the one that worked for us was 1.1.7.18. If you use IE5, you won't need jinitiator. This is a job where you'll have to dig in and start trying the things you read in the documentation. I suggest you read all you can get ahold of on OAS and Dev Server before trying to configure them. Setting this up is a *lot* of work, and your installation will likely differ in some ways from anothers installation. Consider going to 6i, I hear it's much easier to setup.
