We run Sun 2.6/2.7 using Qualix HA and Oracle 8.1.6 (32 Bit however) and it works!!!

Easy to configure for the DBA (Not sure about the SA)

We have a couple of fail over go well - all of which were controlled of course - my databases do not crash :)
