I presume you are wanting to serve out "web-enabled" forms.
If so, in addition to OAS 4.0.8.1, you need the Developer server
(such as Developer 2000 1.6.1 Server). Don't confuse this with
the version of Developer 2000 1.6.1 that runs on client machines;
they are separately licensed products.
We are running OAS 4081 and D2K 1.6.1 Server (patchlevel 12) on
an NT version 4 service pack 5.
