alter table move command

Couple questions regarding this:

• will handle long columns
• is its rollback space usage equivalent to a CTAS command.
• the table's indexes have to be rebuilt using alter index rebuild after = moving the table or does drop/create index have to be done on them
• constraints/foreign keys/procedures/triggers rebuilt.
