Errors creating Designer repository

Hello,



I'm attempting to create a repository in an 8.0.6 database using
Designer 6.0.  It completes about 85%, then I get RME-02124 errors
during cktabs.sql.  The info I found on Metalink suggests catproc.sql
was run as SYSTEM instead of SYS.  But this isn't the case... I'm
stumped.  



Help?
