Hi,

I'm trying to start up the OEM web site on Solaris. However when I try = to start it up it hangs.
I use the following syntax to startup the web listener

emwebsite start

I look in the svoem.err file and the following error message appears:

18/Jul/2000:10:11:37 +0000 -- Error: Invalid Group ID ( oinstall ).
18/Jul/2000:10:11:37 +0000 -- Error: The server could not initialize
18/Jul/2000:10:11:37 +0000 -- Information: The server is exiting
The oracle software was installed with the oracle user being a member of = the oinstall group.
Now the oracle unix user has the dba unix goup as its primary group and = the oinstall unix group as its secondary group.

Regards,
Paul Sehgal
