Generally speaking, Pegasus mail:

   http://www.pmail.com

is much less vulnerable to this kind of cr*p since, by default, it refuses to render the more dangerous HTML unless the user puts in an over-ride.

Also, IMO, David Harris (@NZ) the author of Pegasus Mail, is a really cool guy (all that warm fuzzy, enlightened, universalist compassion and altruism stuff) that deserves support for taking independent, well reasoned (if sometimes rather understated) stands against the dominance of outrageous commercialism & materialistic values in the mainstream of the computer industry.
