Strange import errors

Hi All,

I'm on the phone with OWW support at the moment and can't get the answer right now so maybe you guys know what the problem is here

*******Import Error*********8

IMP-00017: following statement failed with ORACLE error 6550:  "BEGIN SYS.DBMS_DEFER_IMPORT_INTERNAL.QUEUE_IMPORT_CHECK('PPRD.WORLD','IBM"  " AIX/RS600 4.1-8.0.0'); END;"

IMP-00003: ORACLE error 6550 encountered
ORA-06550: line 1, column 40:
PLS-00302: component 'QUEUE_IMPORT_CHECK' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 9:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
. . importing table                  "DEF$_AQCALL"          0 rows imported

We can't even find which script is supposed to create the package involved.

Catalog , catproc, catexp don't create it

Any Ideas here

Oracle 8.0.5
AIX 4.3.3
both target and source database are same specs/versions

Full export & full import
