Help: 2nd Req - Errors In alert log file

Hello all,

I was checking my alert log file saw the following errors:

I have checked the disk space for the filesystems in which my control files reside & they all seems to have enough space, if its the space problem. For that SCN errors, do i have to reset my logs, incase its not matching SCN # in control file with the current one.
