Oracle Parallel Server-urgent

I am having problem with Oracle Parallel Server installation.

Conpaq Tru 64 Unix 4.0f
TruCluster S/W TCR 1.6
Oracle server 8.1.5

All the available patches for the OS and cluster s/w have been installed.When I invoke the Universal
Installer and subsequently start Custom Installation then in the available products list I cannot see the
Oracle Parallel Server Option.The installation is held up at this stage.

Oracle 8i parallel server setup and configuration guide page 3-4 asks us to configure cluster manager
and the sys admin people are not aware of cluster manager on digital unix.

What is the problem.I need some advice.
