Index Gethitratio

Hi list,

I ran statistic report last night and get report.txt file this morning. All of the library (see below) have a good Gethitratio and Pinhitratio, except INDEX where Gethitratio and Pinhitratio is 0.056, but reload is 0.

Do I need to increase Shared_poll_size (and/or decrease shared_pool_reserved_size), or is there any other solution for this.... Thanks in advance.
