I think that aurora$xoxoxoxo is a Java login necessary to run the stored
procedures. Cause I heard that Java SP are executed through a local JDBC
driver.

Depending on your options there's also mdsys/mdsys, ordsys/ordsys, ordplugins/ordplugins, aqadm/aqadm, tracesvr/tracesvr, names/names, webdb/webdb, perfstat/perfstat, aurora$orb$unauthenticated/invalid, (what the heck is this?).
And of course, to be complete we should include scott/tiger because someone could give an emp_id a raise up to the exorbitant level of a NYC DBA. :-)

As a matter of course I change the passwords on the following:
OUTLN
CTXSYS
DBSNMP
SYS
SYSTEM
the only one that has implications that I know of is changing DBSNMP... if
you use Intelligent Agents you have to set up a special password file on
disk with the new password... see Kevin Loney's website (www.kevinloney.com)
for the presentation he did on security -- he has the specifics on what to
change in there.
