I got my 7.3 OCP after years of experience... without studying for the tests at all and taking them on a whim

I failed the 7.3 upgrade to 8.0 by about 2 points (of course at the time, I had not worked on 8.0 or 8.1)

I PASSED the 8.0 upgrade to 8.1, taking the test at the same time I took the 7.3 to 8.0 test. Again, never having at that time worked on any version of 8

I can answer (and do <G>) some of the questions here. More often I find myself saving the response(s) because they contain "wow, I didn't know that and I bet I'll need it someday" information.

I am amazed and in awe of some of the people on this list who seem to have endless internal memory capacity to remember and answer, in clear and precise detail, questions that span a variety of Oracle areas.
